During business operations, if an enterprise needs to relocate its business location, it must register to adjust its business registration license within 10 days from the date of change. Changing the business registration address is divided into two cases:

CASE 1

Changing the address in a district or city does not change the corporate tax administration and does not change the content in the round seal, only the change procedure on the business license is carried out. (For example : Company A only moves its headquarters address in a district or provincial city without changing the management of another tax agency).

CASE 2

If changing the address of the enterprise's headquarters changes the managing tax authority and the content of the enterprise's round seal, the old (current) tax authority's procedures must first be completed and then followed. Only then will the procedure for registering changes to the business license and engraving a new seal begin. (For example: Company A headquartered in District 1 managed by the District 1 tax agency and wants to move to another district or province must complete the procedures at the District 1 tax agency and then carry out the license adjustment procedure).
