Step 1: Prepare documents to register to establish an Enterprise / Interior Design Company, furniture business: Application for registration of Interior Design Enterprise, furniture business. Company charter List of members for limited liability companies/ List of shareholders for joint stock companies. Copy of personal identification of the owner, members, shareholders of the company. Resolving agency: Business registration office under the Department of Planning and Investment in the Province/Centrally-run city where the company intends to locate its headquarters address. Processing time: Within 3 days from the date of receiving valid documents. The Department of Planning and Investment issues the business registration certificate. Step 2: Official announcement of establishment, Engraving of enterprise seal. After receiving the Certificate of Business Registration, your business/company must make a public announcement on the national information portal and register to engrave the seal at the seal engraving facility or register to issue shares. electronic stamp according to new regulations. Step 3: The business/company purchases electronic digital signature equipment and opens a bank account. Your business/company purchases electronic digital signatures (used for declaring, paying taxes, etc.) and opens a business/company account. Step 4: Contact the tax authority to take the next steps. Submit initial tax documents. Submit notification of bank account number. Register for electronic tax declaration and payment. Declaring license tax. Notification of issuance of electronic invoices according to regulations.	Business/company customers only need to provide information about business/company establishment registration, certified copies of citizen identification cards, passports, and identity cards of owners, members, shareholders of the company and sign the business/company registration documents.
