PHASE 1: PREPARATION OF NECESSARY INFORMATION FOR REGISTRATION AND OPERATION:

- Learn the advantages and disadvantages of the type of Company - Enterprise you choose to invest in and do business accordingly.
- Find out what business lines have regulations on conditions (if any) (For example: Fertilizer trading business must have a license to qualify for fertilizer trading)
- Learn about information to become an Enterprise: Head office address, Charter capital, Business lines, Manager title.
- Prepare Legal Documents to establish a Business:
- Citizen identification card, ID card, Passport. (for Individuals as Owners and Members).
- Business License and Identity Card, Identity Card, Passport (for Organizations as Owners and Members).
PHASE 2: COMPANY DOCUMENTS AND SUBMIT BUSINESS REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS:< /span>

- Step 1:Prepare complete Legal Documents and Certified Copy.
- Step 2:Compose establishment documents according to the Law.
- Step 3:Submit the Establishment Document to the Business Registration Office of the Department of Planning and Investment where the Enterprise intends to locate its headquarters.
- Step 4:Submit the State Fee for announcing the establishment of an Enterprise.

- After receiving the seal engraving registration license at an authorized seal engraving facility.
- Note: The representative is required to bring the Business License to the facility to engrave the registration seal. - Register to buy an Electronic Digital Signature (Token) of this device to declare taxes, sign electronic invoices, and pay taxes (mandatory)
PHASE 4: INITIAL TAX DOCUMENTS AND PROCEDURES AFTER HAVING A BUSINESS LICENSE:< /span>

- Register for electronic tax payment.
