WELCOME CUSTOMERS
Currently, in the developing economic situation in Vietnam, the Vietnamese government has made changes and reforms in the process of capturing and managing businesses. Here are the latest regulations on electronic invoices that businesses need to pay attention to!
Pursuant to Decision 1832/QD-BTC on implementing the application of electronic invoices in Ho Chi Minh City
- Only 6 provinces including: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi City, Hai Phong City, Binh Dinh Province, Phu Tho Province, Quang Ninh Province will apply from November 1, 2021.
-
Applicable objects:
- According to document 10847/BTC-TCT dated September 20, 2021, from November 2021 onwards, all Organizations, Enterprises, Business Households, and Individuals doing business in Ho Chi Minh City must Switch to using electronic invoices.
Therefore, we recommend that your business not use paper invoices after the above time.
Note:
- When exporting, you still have to issue a VAT electronic invoice (Previously it was not necessary because your business uses commercial invoices and the Tax Agency does not manage it).
- The Seller uses the date of creation to declare output VAT (For example, if the invoice is dated September 30, 2021 but the signing date is October 1, 2021, the Seller declares it in September 2021). Therefore, it is necessary to avoid preparing in advance and leaving invoices ready.
