When incidents or disputes arise, we promote negotiation and conciliation between the parties to maintain customers' trust in the quality of our services and follow these steps:

Step 2: The customer care department will receive the customer's complaints. Depending on the nature and extent of the complaint, our company will have specific measures to support the customer in resolving the dispute. there.

Step 3: We find out the incident and at the same time bother customers to provide information related to the transaction and service used.

Step 4: In cases beyond the Company's ability and authority, the management board will request the buyer to bring this case to a competent state agency for resolution according to law.

If through agreement the conflict arising from the transaction between the buyer and the Company cannot be resolved, then either party using the service and we will have the right to seek legal advice. The law has the authority to intervene to ensure the legitimate interests of all parties, especially customers.
Any controversy, claim or dispute arising from or related to transactions at HT Law & Partner or these Regulations and Conditions will be resolved by negotiation, conciliation, arbitration and/or or Court under the Consumer Protection Law

Complaint processing time
According to internal regulations, within 1 working day at the latest, the responsible department is responsible for receiving, verifying and responding to customer complaints.
– Within 1 working day, the responsible department will verify and answer Yes or No and reply to the customer.
– If the complaint is correct, the Company will resolve it immediately or no later than 48 working hours from receipt of the complaint. In specific cases where more time is needed, the Company will agree with the customer on the time to respond to the specific complaint.
