Regulated with the following terms:

1. Warranty period:All services are warranted for one (01) year from the date of completion of the service.

2. Warranty conditions: Services are only warranted if errors arise from the services and work that Apolo undertakes.
The service will not be warranted if there is a change by the Customer, or the Customer interferes with the results of the completed service.
Services are not warranted if there are objective changes in regulations of state agencies.

3. Customer benefits:During the warranty period, customers have the right to request error correction or complete service again if they detect technical errors or quality problems with the services we provide.

4. Customer support:We are committed to providing dedicated and prompt customer support in resolving warranty related issues. Customers can contact our customer care team via email, phone or directly at our trading office.

Our products are services so we do not support returns, we will refund after the parties have agreed.
